Veggie Sage Rice




This is probably the most flavorful thing yet. I dont know if my taste buds are changing, but vegetables are full of flavor the last couple days.

one small zuccinni
half small yellow onion
medium tomato
chile flakes
one sage leaf
sea salt to taste
garlic powder
instant brown rice
veggie broth

This topping has one small zuccinni, half a small yellow onion, one medium tomato, chile flakes, sage leaf. Saute all that low and slow. The brown rice I cooked in veggie broth with chile flakes. Toss topping and rice together or pile on platter and that's it. It was awesome.
